Preliminary Meeting for Huatuo Construction Committee: Setting Strategy, Gathering Group and Leading Team

On the 10th of March, Preliminary Meeting for Huatuo Construction was held in Huai’an. President of Pacific Construction Yan Jiehe, Huatuo Construction Board Chairman Zhang Ye, Vice Board Chairman Lu Wanyou, CEO Yan Hongxiang, President Xia Xianglei, executives of all departments and other subordinate Board Chairmen attended the meeting.
In the meeting, Huatuo Construction Executives Team made in-detail work reports regarding the recent progress of preparatory work. President Yan pointed out, as a core industry of future Pacific Construction, Huatuo Construction made some development strategies. Creating a managing team that knows how to “manage people, deploy people, and educate people” will be the deciding point of the future development and success of Huatuo Construction as well as the key factor of becoming an internationalized group. Meanwhile, President Yan pointed out that young managers should be those who are willing to shoulder the responsibilities, make decisions, and take the consequences. He hopes young managers will become all-dimensional talents who are good at managing, able to manage, and knowing professions. Regarding the organization chart of Huatuo Construction, President Yan also made his distinguished guidance.
When the meeting was approaching the end, Zhang Ye expressed that Huatuo Construction has drawn much effort from President Yan therefore the executive team of Huatuo Construction will surely not let him down. The team will spare no effort in achieving success in the meeting for the found of Huatuo Construction in 15th of April so that it is possible for convoying for the smooth set out of Huatuo Construction and handing in an satisfactory answer sheet for brothers and sisters in the Five Arm System will be achievable.
At last, President Yan expressed that he is quite confident with the future development of Huatuo Construction and placed his high expectation on the newly-set-up executives team of Huatuo Construction.
