Huatuo CEO Forum Committee Five Arm System Mid Year Work Meeting of 2013-2014 Held in Shanghai
In the morning of January 4th, Huatuo CEO Forum Committee Five Arm System Mid Year Meeting of 2013-2014 was held in Shanghai. Board Chairman of Susun Group, President of Pacific Business School Yan Jiehe, Chairman of Huatuo CEO Forum Committee, Board Chairman of Pacific Construction Yan Hao, Vice Chairman of Susun Group Wu Jiang attended the meeting. Top leaders and employees of Five Arm System together more than 2000 people attended the meeting. CEO of Susun Capital Group Wu Xiaoyong, CEO of Susun Construction Group Zhou Zaojie respectively made work report and work plan.
On the meeting, principals of operation of all the 18 subordinate groups made work reports regarding the operational work, specifying market exploration and the process of project implementation, what achieved, and problems confronting. President Yan Jiehe pointed out in the remarking part, in the operation of projects, we need to focus on the change of local policies, adjusting our way of working to keep pace with government’s developing direction and seize the opportunities. He reiterated the importance of recruiting talents. As he put it, “the ultimate competition of an enterprise is the HR competition”. Regarding the personal virtue and working style, President Yan requires the managerial personnel should have visions in strategy, paying attention to details in order to promote the enterprise image.
Chairman Yan Hao expressed that he hopes the leaders of every group are able to discover problems in the work process. If one is not able to, he himself is a problem. Meanwhile, he gave his praise to the mode of those groups development and standardized managerial procedures.
Inaugurating speeches made by the newly recruited employees demonstrate their high quality, showcasing the achievements made by Five HR Strategy. President Yan Jiehe made comments on their speeches and gave guidance to their career development.
Industrial Arm, Financial Arm, and Consulting Arm that belong to the Five Arm System made work report for 2013 and work plan for 2014. CEO of Susun Capital Wu Xiaoyong expressed, in the second half of 2013, through fund management, capital management, and investment bank, Susun Capital made a brilliant record of surpassing 100 million capital operation in one single month. In 2014, Susun Capital will apply multivariate financial instruments to lower the equity trading cost, increase equity trading scale.
Chairman Yan Hao made work reports regarding operational and managerial work in the first half of 2013. He noted that Susun Group is developing steadily forward, profit increased is quite obvious compared to the same time period. What we need to do most about operational work is the market in Guangdong—to build a highlight project and make corporate culture practicable. He hopes that all the colleagues of Five Arm System to go hand in hand, working together for our shared dreams.
President Yan Jiehe made strategic guidance. He anticipates that China large scale projects would be completed within 10 to 15 years. Regarding this, he expressed his hope for the development of Five Arm System, “let us start from today’s Pacific Construction—BT leading, pass through tomorrow’s Susun Capital—BOT improving, end with Huatuo Group—BOOT completing”. President Yan Jiehe will lead all the Five Arm System to the same ultimate goal—the grand modern service industry My University•My City.
