With the theme of “Achieving Wealth & Honor From Ocean Travel ”, “Huatuo CEO Forum the Fourth COO Team International Training” officially initiated on April. 22nd . Their first stop was Tokyo.

At about 12 AM local time, President Yan Jiehe and the team arrived Haneda Airport. The blue sky, fresh air and the clean streets created good mood for every member of the team, all of which made the weary vanished at once. The smiles floating on everyone’s face were as that of the feelings Tokyo gives us—Clear and deep, ample and sincere.

The hotel that the team lived in has the reputation of being the State Guesthouse of Japan—Hotel Okura Tokyo. As introduced by the tour guide, this hotel is a super five-star hotel, which represents the traditional Japanese culture as well as the essence of serving. Hotel Okura Tokyo is nationally renowned; it is the first choice of commercial heads and social elites. President Yan Jiehe and his team have received warmest welcome and most courteous reception from the hotel’s managers.

As soon as packed up, the team went to the first stop—Tokyo's Ueno park. It is an open park that locates in Tokyo with inherent serenity, green trees and colorful blossom. Near the main gate of Ueno Park, stands the bronze statue of a Japanese legend—Saigo Takamori. He is a politician, who contributed greatly in overturning the realm of Tokugawa Shogunate and later started Meiji Restoration. For that he owned a great reputation among Japanese people.

President Yan Jiehe told the whole team with great interest about the glorious deeds Saigo Takamori has done. President Yan joked that Saigo Takamori was the “No.1 Ruffian” at that time of Japan and took a picture together with the statue solemnly. As he put it: “ Saigo Takamori was a reformist. If it were not because of him, Emperor Meiji would have not had the success of Meiji Restoration. He continued, in regard to reform, China now is stepping into the deep-water area, “Ruffians” like him are even greatly needed to promote and deepen the reform; therefore, to become the mainstay of the future—a more prosperous China. “Ruffian” like him is not real ruffian, his ruffian is the boundless outside swinging, the floating inside passions, and dreams converged  as a whole. President Yan Jiehe joked he wanted to make a fuss about the photo that includes him and the “Ruffian Hero”.

The team left Ueno Park to Tokyo Sensoji Temple. This temple worships Guanyin Statue and now it has become a play yard with strong “Edo Style” for the citizens. In the southwest of the temple, locates a Gojuno Tou, which is only shorter than that of East Temple in Tokyo, making it the second tallest tower in Japan. As to the northeast of the temple, Asakusa Shrine gives its presence, which is elegantly stylized and beautifully caved. In Japan, May 5th is “Boy’s Festival”, traditionally, people would hang the carp flag high up in the sky. For doing this has the auspicious meaning of getting lucky and having a brighter future.

Everyone “suffered from cold and hunger” after visiting the Sensoji Temple. Even President Yan Jiehe himself thanked the one who gave him one or two pieces of cookies a lot. The dinner was then served in Izakaya, which represents the most authentic Japanese culture—a few colleagues sit around a table, and then they would have some chitchat, drink some alcohol, eat some dishes. All those are so much of indulgence.

President Yan Jiehe later talked about the alcohol culture of Japan. He said that Japan is most renowned for its alcohol. When drinking in Izakaya, there are three steps: firstly, some draft beer would be served for this kind of beer is of low alcohol percentage so that it can quench the thirst and makes customers have appetite; drinking Japanese Spirit would be the next step. This kind of Spirit is mostly probably served in bottles so that the customers are able to indulge himself a lot in it. Lastly, the world-renowned Japanese sake would be served. Japanese sake should be drunk sip by sip, which gives the customers enough time to experience the fineness and mellow of the sake goes from the tongue all the way to the stomach. All the team members had a great time in the dinner. More excitingly, President Yan Jiehe said all the sake and sashimi would be served as much as the team wanted. The tourist was so much astonished by the generous act President Yan Jiehe made and jokingly asked if our platform is recruiting basic level employees.
