Susun Group Held the First Corporate Culture Competition

The first-class company focuses on corporate culture and standard. To enhance employees’ understanding towards corporate culture and convert reciting to understanding, knowledge to wisdom, Susun Group held the first corporate culture competition. The president of Susun Capital Zuo Fan and other senior managers attended this competition on October 15th.

At the beginning, President Zuo Fan gave a speech. She said through this competition, she intended to enhance the bond among the employees, covert reciting the corporate culture to understanding it.
 
The whole competition was divided into three sessions: Required Questions, Quick Response Questions and Word Chain Questions. On the scene, all the competitors were of quick response, which showcased the deep understanding of corporate culture. More importantly, their question accuracy was extremely high and it was very hard to distinguish which team was better. The competitors applied their knowledge to the questions and stated out the answers with excellent language skill. With intense cooperation and team sprit, the competition was sent to climax by competitors many times.

After many rounds of competing, the Team No.2—combined of Operational Centre, Rear Service Centre, was leading with absolute advantage of scores. Team No.2 was followed by Team No.1— Culture Centre, Material & Finance Centre and Team No.4— Branding Centre, Capital Centre. Both of Team No.1 and Team No.4 were still having the same scores after answered many extra questions. At last, Team No.2 got the first place with absolute score advantage; Team No.1 and Team No.4 both got the second place. As a representative of Rear Service Centre, Su Xiaoqiang said the secret of getting the first place in this competition was to read more, recite more, and think more of the corporate culture. Besides, Jiang Mengmeng, member from Operational Centre, believes her getting the first place was not accidental, but out of knowledge and idea accumulated from daily life; she also said that both explaining the Corporate Culture Wall, typing while listening to the President Yan Jiehe’s tape have made good preparation for this competition. In the end, Wang Yingshi, manager of Culture Centre and Branding Centre, made comments towards this competition. As she noted: “ this competition showcases that all the competitors’ long preparation. The whole process was very exciting, which is also an embodiment of the core value of our enterprise—honor, virtuous bravery, and wise hardwork.

Owing to this corporate culture competition, the employees of Susun thoroughly conceptualized the distinct and exclusive DNA that Susun inherently owns. At the same time, it enhanced the bond and cooperation among the whole team. Additionally, their excellent performance demonstrated the spirit and potential of Susun people.
