On April 18, Yan Xin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Susun Group, met with Jiang Hua, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, to exchange views on cooperation in infrastructure investment and construction in Yuxi City.

 

Yan Xin introduced in detail the development history of Tai-Su-Zhuang (Pacific Construction Group - Susun Group - Zhuangyan Think Tank), the latest development profile of the Group, its strategic layout at home and abroad, and its investment and construction in Southwest China. She said that Susun Group has always focused on infrastructure investment, construction, operation and management, adhering to the original intention of "making a good project, making a group of friends, winning a side of the market" all along. It insists on the the sunshine cooperation road of "via the market rather than via the official, via the law rather than via the power", and always maintain a "close" and "clear" relationship between government and business with the government. Over the years, the Group has been at the forefront of the industry and ranked first among private enterprises in terms of the total number and quality of projects, as well as the investment and application of new technologies and models. From the earliest BT, BTO and BOOT to EPC, EPCO and FEPCO, the Group has kept exploring the innovation of infrastructure cooperation mode to achieve the transformation of reputation and efficiency. She emphasized that, new opportunities emerge in the new era. Yuxi City has a good human environment, remarkable location advantages and superior business environment, and since its arrival in Yuxi, the Group has blended and symbiotic with Yuxi's urban development in continuous cooperation. In the next step, she hoped that both sides would strengthen communication and the interface, and Susun Group would give full play to its advantages of the whole industry chain, gather high-quality resources to precisely interface with the development needs of Yuxi, further participate in the development of Yuxi urban construction, promote the implementation of more areas of cooperation, and contribute new strength to the high-quality development of the Yuxi economy.

Yan Xin and her team, accompanied by relevant leaders of Yuxi City, visited the Yuxi City Planning Museum and conducted an all-round observation of Yuxi's development history, cultural origins, tourism resources, industrial clusters, as well as urban planning and green ecological construction.
