The First Susun Outward Bound was kicked off
The First Susun Outward Bound was kicked off in Baimajian Scenic Region of Jiangsu on 13th June. 30 employees joined the training led by the COO Xu Dongsheng and the Supervisory Board Chairman Song Weiwei.
This outward bound is designed to shape team dynamics and to promote organizational growth. Cohesion and power of team working were shown in every component of the program.
“Supersonic Speed” tested team members’ability of goal recognition, logical reasoning and working efficiently, which didn’t take long for them to accomplishing the task skilled.
“Nazca Painting”requested all team members working corporately on a task of finishing a giant picture with Susun logo on separate canvas. When the painting was finished and well pieced together, everybody were amazed and proud of each other as a team.
The highlight of the bound was campfire party on which team members were required to creatively design fashionable cloth and come out with a “fashion show”with all “cloth” made by paper.
Everyone harvest not just happiness but also team cohesion after this outward bound activity which brings Susun people’s hearts closer.
