On March 6, President Yan Jiehe exchanged views with Zhu Huaxiong, Deputy Director of Zhanjiang Municipal People's Congress and Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions, and Lin Haiwu, Secretary of Lianjiang Municipal Committee, on deepening cooperation.

Lin Haiwu said that Lianjiang has a solid industrial foundation and is the transportation gateway of Guangdong, Guangxi, and Hainan provinces.
