     Treat your customers as God by catering to their needs to win their loyalty.

      Bring the best out of average employees by assigning them challenging jobs and offering them most generous treatment.

      Critically check employees’ performance;
      Be daring in assigning jobs to capable yet controversial people;
      Assess employees objectively and build up emotional ties;
      Be open and transparent in scrutinizing employees

      Be quick to identify capable people, give them extra support and tolerate their personality so as          to bring their ability into full play

     More appreciation and less criticism;
     Exploit strength and tolerate weakness;
     Sharp criticism with kind intention
