(1) Training

Regular training is organized to develop effective work teams who are young, well educated and professional with good image and international vision.

2. Job Rotation

New recruits will be arranged to make lateral moves within their work system for comprehensive development. Excellent staff will have an opportunity for job rotation among all the five arms to enhance their all-round competence.
