Susun Capital is the Financial Arm and internal financing settlement that belongs to Mr. Yan Jiehe’s Five Arm System—Industrial Arm, Financial Arm, Consulting Arm, Cultural Arm and Educational Arm. Susun Capital administers Suhe Fund, Zhongxun Property, Sumao Trade and other subsidiary companies.
Susun Capital cooperates with many large state-owned enterprises, world-renowned investment organization, international investment banks, industrial groups etc to build an intensive strategic alliance. It also initiated to establish the infrastructure industrial fund. Being one of those subsidiary companies, Suhe Fund concentrates on capital operation management and establishment of investors channels. It provides high growth enterprises and high net-worth groups with one-stop private equity fund management service, asset management, investment bank and others. Zhongxun Property mainly deals with the internal stock allocation and management for the Five Arm System. Sumao Trade cooperates with central enterprises. Its main fields are telecommunications, mechanical equipment, hardware and electrical equipment, steel, decoration material for construction and other large amount procurement and selling.

Susun Construction
Susun Construction is another international infrastructure construction company created by Mr. Yan Jiehe that owns general contracting qualification and professional qualification for state-owned roads, city infrastructure and water conservancy project after he founded the China’s largest city operator CPCG. Susun Construction takes BOT as its main operating mode. It takes highways, undersea tunnels, oversea bridges, harbors, docks, infrastructures and water conservancy projects and other infrastructure and investment as its core industry. Based on the powerful professional advantage, Susun Construction successively participated in construction of Shanghai-Nanjing, Shanghai-Zhuhai, Beijing-Shanghai, Beijing-Hongkong,Huoerguosi-Lianyungang expressways and Jiangyin Bridge, Nanjing Metros, clean-up projects of Taihu Lake as well as other national & provincial key construction projects.
