Huatuo CEO Forum Organizing Committee Five Arm System HR Special Training Held in Huai’an

Huatuo CEO Forum Organizing Committee Five Arm System HR Special Training was held in Huai’an from August 13th to August 14th. The meeting was held by the Standing Vice President Liu Anqi. All the CHOs from Five Arm System and suboridinate groups in total 38 people attend the training. President Yan himself gave lecture in the training.
In the first day of training, President Yan attended the training and made strategic guidance. He pointed out that we should recruit talents from all over China. The training aimed at forging a more excellent team. Two external trainers respective took the themes “regulations about organization and positions” and “large scale enterprise internal training”. They also shared their experience about how to allocate resources and train the employees for large enterprises.
In the second day’s training, CHOs from the five platforms and some outstanding representatives shared their own experiences about the work and the planning for the future HR. In the coming up international discussion part, trainees made brain storms regarding campus recruiting, internal training, talents reservation. In the end, the standing vice president of Pacific Construction Group Liu Anqi made summary regarding this training. He pointed out that HR team must executive the strategic guidance of President Yan and make HR training into something usual.
